Our easy navigation makes sure that you can locate just what you want without the hassle of browsing through racks of clothing or shelves of shoes and bags. All you have to do is select the type of item you're looking for and if you want to really narrow your search select the designer as well and then just sit back and enjoy!!
If you want to save even more time you can just search by your size and only the items available will be displayed.
In order to make a purchase you need to register. It's absolutely free to register and will only take a moment, leaving you free to browse and purchase at any time of day or night. Once you have registered you can log in using your Email Address and Password and start shopping immediately!
When you see something you like, click on the item image or on 'More info' to view the full item description. You'll be able to learn more about the condition of the item, it's size and any special features, as well as view further images which you can enlarge for a better idea of how great the item is.
To place an order simply click on the 'Add To Basket' button and your choice will drop into your Basket (displayed in the top right of the screen) and the item will display 'Item Is In Your Basket' across it. You can add as many items as you wish in this way and then when you're ready just click on the Basket to proceed to the checkout! To continue shopping click on the 'Return To Shop' button.
If you see something that you think a friend may be interested in, then click on the 'Tell A Friend' button and complete the form. Your friend will then be sent an email and a link through to the item page.
Before making a purchase you should be sure about the item sizing. You may wish to compare the sizing with one of your own 'favourite' items to be sure that it is suitable as we operate a no returns policy. Also, have a look at our Condition Rating section to ensure that you are happy with the condition of the item. You should also familiarise yourself with our Terms & Conditions.
So now you've browsed through the site and you've selected some fantastic items to purchase. Click on the 'Basket' button in the top right hand corner of your browser and you will be taken through to the contents of your 'Basket'.
On the 'Basket' page click the 'Go To Checkout' button to start the transaction. You will need to 'Select Payment Method' - normally VISA, Mastercard, etc. In the following screen you should enter the detail under each of the headings and then click the proceed button. The next screen authorises your payment and once the payment has been authorised, by the bank, the screen will display this. You will also receive an email from Designer Desires to confirm your order has been received and is being processed. Now just sit back, relax and wait for your item(s) to arrive in the post!
